Dalipal Pipe Company (Dalipal),which was founded in 1998, is a leading manufacturer of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and seamless steel pipe in China. Dalipal's main products include API and Non API casing and tubing of various grades and threads, line pipes, high pressure boiler tube and high pressure vessel tube. Whereby, the tubing and casing with the property of high temperature, high pressure and high collapse resistance, and corrosion resistant line pipes have reached advanced industry level. The company covers an area of nearly 2000 acres, owns four production plants and two special railway lines in factory. The company is located in Huanghua Port, included in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei One-hour economic circle, adjacent to Tianjin port, the traffic is very convenient.

Dalipal is the high-tech enterprise of Hebei province; and also built Hebei OCTG Engineering Technology Research Center. The company has established a full set of advanced production process from steel making, pipe rolling, heat treatment to processing, and a full set of world class inspecting instruments and testing equipments. Dalipal has achieved ISO 9001 quality system certification , API SPEC 5CT\API SPEC 5L\TS certification and HSE management system\ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management system\OHSMS 18001-2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management system recognition, and CNAS recognition(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment). The products of company are sold to the oil & gas market in Middle East, North America, South America, Central Asia, Africa and other countries and regions, and also occupying main oil fields market in China
